Welcome to Fully Automatic Tattoos! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Use of Our Website

You must be 19 or older to book a tattoo appointment (Ontario’s legal age for tattoos without parental consent).

Content on our site (e.g., designs, photos) is owned by Fully Automatic Tattoos and may not be reproduced without permission.

Booking & Payments

Appointments require a non-refunded deposit, applied to your final cost. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.

Final designs are subject to artist discretion and may vary slightly from initial concepts.

Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Tattoo Services

You confirm that you’re in good health and understand tattooing involves permanent body art and minor risks (e.g., infection, allergic reactions).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Liability

Fully Automatic Tattoos is not responsible for dissatisfaction with final tattoos once approved by you, or for issues arising from improper aftercare.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Intellectual Property

Custom designs created by our artists remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You’re granted a personal, non-commercial license to wear the tattoo.
